ACSL have full CAD / CAM facilities using Alphacam and Camwrite 4, and with post processors for all of our lathes and machining centres, this ensures fast Off-Line programme development.

Our CAD / CAM facilities are hard DNC linked to all machines enabling instant communication and the ability to 'drip feed' large programmes. This enables minimum lead-times from drawing to production. All programmes are stored against issue number to allow fast repeat orders. Drawings can be accepted by email in most formats.
