INSPECTION, TEST AND MEASUREMENT EQUIPMENT:

The Company owns an extraordinarily comprehensive range of Inspection, Test and Measuring Equipment, including items such as Browne & Sharpe Etalon Coordinate Measuring Machine, Baty & ST Industries Optical Projectors with automatic edge sensing and quadracheck 2000 electronic measuring system. Comparators by Sigma, Taylor Hobson and Carl Zeiss, Kosaka Laboratories, Surface Texture Measuring Recorders and Grade 0 surface plates. In addition, a very wide standard range of Micrometers, Thread Gauges etc. are all maintained within our Quality System Calibration Schedule.

TOOLING:

Our Tool Stores contain a comprehensive range of both standard and special tooling for all machines and types of manufactured components. We have facilities for manufacture of special purpose tooling to assist either our own or customer specified requirements.
