Constantly working to tolerances as fine as 5 microns, with surface finishes down to 0.2 Ra, give an indication of the quality of our machines and experience of our staff who have the knowledge of tooling and of sophisticated manufacturing techniques. High power technology is used to shorten both machining and set-up times on both simple and complex components.

High speed machining combines to give the highest possible degree of reliability and precision. All machines are hard linked to CAD / CAM programming. Drawings can be accepted by e-mail in most formats. Material sizes up to 32mm diameter with automatic magazine bar feeds and having 4, 6, 7 and 12 axis capability.
